Aimed at developing communication and decision making skills for business through implementation of operational meetings. One of the areas successful businesses share is that they meet regularly in a formal manner. A key strategy in managing the interface between family and business is to meet in regard to the business regularly. Developing the skills in successful business meetings is critical for a family business.
The workshops identifies key types of meeting (strategic, tactical and operational) and then focuses on providing the skills and tools to successfully conduct regular operational meetings including:
- identifying different levels of decision making in your business
- identifying ‘successful’ communication and decision making strategies
- Reviewing current decision and communication systems
- Look at critical success factors for running of effective operational meetings.
- Modify template agenda for your family
- 6 tips for implementing meetings.
The workshop is ideally run with 15 – 30 participants and we strongly encourage families to bring all the members in the business. Cost for the workshop is dependent on number of participants and location, generally cost is between $3 – 4,000 per workshop.
