A fun informative and flexible workshop designed to introduce families and business to some strategies and concepts to enable them to improve their communication and understanding toward each other.

Covering a range of topics including:

  • New decision making frameworks
  • Principles of good family communication
  • Separating family and business issues
  • How to maximise family members contributions to the business
  • Appreciating different roles within the family
  • Increase business returns through communication skills
  • First steps in succession planning

The workshop is ideally run with 15 – 30 participants. Cost for the workshop is dependent on number of participants and location, generally cost is between $3 – 4,000 a workshop.
