The workshop further develops concepts from Improving Business Returns Workshop and looks closely at these areas:
The focus is on how to integrate new members into the business and how to maintain relationships while in business together.

  • Separating family and business issues
  • Key factors in sustaining the relationship (marriage or social) while in business
  • Factors to consider when incorporating new members in the work/family team.
  • Early steps for succession planning
  • How to bring children into the business

The workshop is ideally run with 15 – 30 participants and we strongly encourage families to bring all the members in the business. Cost for the workshop is dependent on number of participants and location, generally cost is between $3 – 4,000 per workshop.
