We operate throughout rural and regional Australia with project, workshops and specialised services that can empower people to enhance their business skills, communication skills and effectiveness.
We focus on three primary areas:
- Workshop & Traning for Families in Business
Workshops from 1 to 5 days dealing with many of the issues relating to interface between family and business including:
- Succession planning
- Bringing new people into the family and business
- Balancing family and business
- Communicating between the generations
- Running family business meetings – operational and facilitated.
- Training for Individuals
- Developing skills in business meeting facilitation.
- Understanding yourself and others – utilising the DiSC Behavioural Style Model you can increase productivity and effectiveness of yourself and your team.
- Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey. Karen is an accredited facilitator through Franklin Covey and you can talk to us about how to get a workshop organised in your area.
- With a broad background and a large number of resources we can tailor training and facilitation to suit your specific needs.
- Project Management of Resources for Families in Business:
highresolutions has initiated a number of projects to develop resource for families in business. Beside developing training programs we have developed tools that families can utilise in their own home and business without having to attend a training program. Recent projects include:
- ‘Talking Families in Business’ video produced with Lyn Sykes and QDPI.
- ‘Talking Families in Business’ workbook sponsored by Westpac.
- ‘The In Laws’ a 7 week Radio Series produced in conjunction with ABC Bush Telegraph.
- ‘Family Business in Change’ a video/dvd produced in conjunction with Centacare and Anglicare.
