Introducing Karen Harper (director):
Karen has a background and passion for working with people. Based in Bundaberg Karen works throughout rural and regional Australia.
Currently, the main areas of Karen’s focus are training and development of people through workshops, Facilitating Family Business Meetings and general facilitation of personal and/or organisational development. Karen has also project managed a number of resources videos, workbook, dvd’s and cd’s for family business.
Karen held a variety of positions prior to this including Training Manager for Agforce, Rural Financial Counsellor, Valuer and nurse. Karen is an associate of the Working with People Group.
Over the last ten years, Karen has been conducting Family Business Communication Workshops throughout Queensland. These workshops have become very popular and have led to increasing demand throughout Australia and for further training for Family Business Meeting Facilitators.
When Karen is not working or travelling Australia, her passion is sailing and she dreams of cruising the world in a few years time!
Highresolutions contracts other specialist staff as required. Lyn Sykes is a regular contractor for highresolutions and together Karen and Lyn have developed many resources for Families in Business.
